Have we said how much we like John Swift? He’s rather commanding yet appropriately gentle and guiding. The final scene shows him making arrangements for a new team member. Ian’s fans were hoping it was going to be him, and it remains to be seen if he recurs next season. But the announcement was that LL Cool J will be recurring in his role as Sam Hanna (NCIS: LA), which has thrilled those fans.
