Mille grazie to Jen for helming the Christmas project this year …

It was a great success!

Here is the letter she received from James at CHILDREN 1ST:

Subject: Thank you for your donation
To: Jennifer McClanahan

Hello Jen,

On behalf of all of us here at CHILDREN 1ST I would like to thank you and your fellow “sistahs” for raising a very generous (donation). There are many children across Scotland whose lives are full of fear, anxiety and violence. Your contribution will help us to ensure that for these children a bad childhood does not last a lifetime.

The donation comes at a time when many local authorities are cutting back their spending and voluntary donations are hard to come by. As a result our need for donations is arguably at its greatest. Thank you for taking the time and effort to fundraise for us – it genuinely couldn’t have come at a better time.

I would be very grateful if you could pass on our thanks to all “the sistahs” whose contributed. Also, I have written an email of thanks to Henry Ian Cusick himself, informing him of the donation and passing on “the sistahs” love :)

Thank you to you and yours,
James
